”View from Mashie Circle” 60"x30"  Oil on hardboard panel.  

This painting is still a work in progress, intended as a Christmas present for my son and daught-in-law.  I painted a 24"x12"  copy for a study so it's taking me longer than normal to finish.  The reference photo was taken from his house in Castle Rock. At my son’s request, the mountains are as close to the actual image as I could get if slightly exaggerated. The view is constantly changing and better than most TV shows in my opinion!
